Renault :-(

The beginning of 2017 I bought the Renault Kwid 2017 model. 4 Months down the line i was experiencing problems with the car, Clutch making a noise and car rattling when starting and idling. I reported this to Renault SA and never ever responded to me i have email proof of this. Today i contact them again and get told to go to my nearest dealer this response comes almost 1 and a half years later. Reason for me contacting Renault is because my car now has a really bad sound coming from the clutch, a hole in the exhaust and the brake light keeps coming on while i am driving. (There is brake fluid in the car).. I am totally unsatisfied with the service and correspondance from Renault. This problems could of been sourced and fixed a year ahead when i anitially sent the email. I get told today that i need to take my car to the dealer and then it will be repaired, i also get told that i will not be receiving a courtesy car (How am i to get to work and back on a daily basis??) Next issue i have here; I went to Group 1 to assist me with a Trade in and they advised me that my Vehicle is standing on an amount of R212,741.52 this is not possible as i have been paying this vehicle off for the past year and a half. Where does this amount come from??
