We purchased a new Renault Duster in October 2017 from a dealership in Vryburg North West. We have had problems with the car and dealership from day one.Upon purchase the brake warning light kept appearing. We found out that the car never had any brake fluid in!We purchased a new car without any brake fluid.Shortly after,the petrol gage indicator became faulty and the dealership took the car in 3 times before fixing it. After that the exhaust gas clamp broke and had to be repaired.Then the car had problems starting in the cold.We had to wait 2 months for parts and after numerous days at the dealership,our car still has problems starting.We were never given courtesy cars while our car was in for repairs on a monthly basis.When asked for the car to be replaced,we were told no.Our new car has come with more faults than a second hand car.We get no help from the dealership and Renault SA ignores our complaint.We cannot get a contact person at Renault headquarters.The service we have received has been appalling and I will not recommend Renault to anyone!
