Renault ?

I thought it to be such a simple thing. I own a clio v 2014 model got it for a year 18121 kms on it passion red so you know its lovely to wash on ur own. I like the GT and wish to own that. Checked online at few prices at what the CLIO V selling at to do a trade in. Went to Renualt to do a trade in and they offered me R145k for it. My cheek was red an sore from the slap i just recived from renault. Im like so what will renualt be worth in a few months time. Did i make a mistake buying this over valued under valued car? Im like guys wheres customer loyalty program or initiative to actually wana keep me as a client. Telkom gives thier clients 25% off thier adsl deals. Renualt offered me R10k off my next purchase with a BEEG GAPPING WHOLE TO FILL. Common im sticking around with you guys begs the question? Ill leave you to answer it. Im not mad just abit insulted cant even tell my friends how much renualt feels my cars worth. Lol i thought VW woulda offered me that price. Im actually shocked to see how many complaints there is with renault. Wish i knew then what i knew now. Check out complaints before purchase
