Renauls cars unreliable and bad customer service

My car broke down for a second time in just over two weeks for the exact same problem and Renault can't even offer me a rental car. Renault vaal will attend to my car in 2-3 days time. I can't go to work now because I work 90kms from home.

I never had this issues with VW. I regret my decision.
