Renalt kwid repairs takes 6 weeks for clutch and pressure plate

I have sent my renalt kwid for a check up it gave me a fault 1 error, the dealership took a week to give me feedback on what could possibly be wrong with the vehicle, but they had to strip the gearbox, which took them another 3 days to say the clutch and pressure plate needs to be replaced. I sent my car in on the 6th September it's now the 19th October and still didn't receive my vehicle. The story now is that the injection computer Ned's to be replaced which I wasn't even told could possible be faulty ND it's R12k for the item. They did however loan me a eurorental car but I had to pay my own depositor R2k and only for 7 days but it still costed be R500 for renting car. I am really disappointed with the service that has being provided and the lack of quoting on repairs not to tell customers that they need to pay extra after the car has been booked in. I would strong advise people not to purchase a renalt due to there patetic service
