Refusing to Exchange Parts

Renault Woodmead Dealership is refusing to exchange incorrect parts i bought, they are claiming me to me that the problem is with Renault H/O.

I cant keep parts i dont want, worse part im saying to them give me the correct part and credit the difference

Last word i had with the guy from parts is that they will log a ticket with H/O

He said H/O is not taking parts back

Thats very ********* - please assist to remedy the situation

They claim Renault is not assisting Dealers
