Reanult kwid roof racks

We bought a renault kwid xtreme November 2017. About a month ago the roof rack started to come loose. We complained about it. We took it to eastvaal motors middelburg to get it repaired on 26 February 2018. Two days after it came loose again worse than ever. Called eastvaal again. Said we must get a quote from a panelbeater here where we stay. In the mean time the roof racks came off as well as the silicone it was fixed with. We got a quote for R5500 to fix the dents and scratches on the roof. They wont pay for it. If we dont phone first we dont hear anything from them or the guy in charge wont answer his phone. Its been a big headache since we bought the car.
