Reanult Kiger bad sound

Renault Namibia I bought this car March 2023 with two years warranty. All I have been experiencing is problems after back and forth correspence with Renault Namibia and Renault South Africa they refuse to fix this noise not only is it noisy when I reverse but the sound persist when in drive mode.Apprenly the noise will go away over time . I cantv live like this every where I drive peopel stare. Most emabarassing time is during school run.I do not know what to do please share my story so thy can fix or replace my car.
