R 410 for no oil

I took my car in for a major service, paid R3500 for the service of which R410 was for the oil, they drained the old oil but putting nothing back in even though I was made to pay for it. Now I am wondering if anything was done on the car as I used to get the old parts put into the new boxes for me to dispose of. I haven't received these in the past two services. They keep promising to get back to me and never call back. When you call, they'll put you on hold for a long time then hang up. I trusted Renault despite the terrible reviews they have but now that I have been burnt, this will be my last and I will make sure no one I know wastes their money on the ******.
