Problematic Renault Kiger

I bought a new Renault Kiger which was collected from the dealership on the 31st December 2021. In the beginning of April 2022 when the vehicle was three months old there was a sound in the front when the vehicle is moving. I took the vehicle to the dealership and it was found that front shocks and brake pads need to be replaced, a three months old car. Parts were ordered and replaced. The following day when I reverse from my garage in the morning on my way to work, there was a strange noise in the gearbox. It's like there's a friction of some sort of irons. I took the car back to Renault, the had the vehicle the whole day and in the afternoon they phoned me to come and collect the vehicle and said it's NORMAL for it to have that noise. The noise was getting worse and on the 06 September 2022 I took it back to the dealership complaining about the noise when reversing. The had the car the whole day and said it's NORMAL. I called the Head Office, they told me what they told the dealership that replacement of any parts will not give a long time solution, the cause of the noise is the material compound used to be with the environmental requirements, so it's normal. I took the matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. Take care, Renault does not produce quality vehicles. A brand new car in three months shocks and brake pads replaced, an irritating noise when reversing, I'm even ashamed of reversing in the midst of people, when releasing the brake it's like it gonna jump after cutting. Yoh, I regret buying a vehicle from Renault. My hope now is on the Ombudsman.
