PROBLEMATIC CAR WITH NO HELP FOR OVER A YEAR NOW

I bought my Clio in July 2014 brand new and have had endless problems with it. <br> The fuel consumption has been a never ending story which is still not sorted out 1 year and 3 months later. A report was sent to Renault SA a few weeks ago as the technician was not happy with the consumption and was not sure what else to do as Renault SA had instructed him to reset the computer box. I am still awaiting feedback!<br> The vehicle has been in and out of the dealership with no help at all. <br> On Friday evening everything locked on the vehicle, what if this happened while driving or if I was in a dangerous area or travelling out of Durban? I am 8 months pregnant and really do not need car troubles now! <br> Yesterday a technician was sent out to try unlock the wheels and steering wheel but he could not, he said the car had to be towed to the dealership, which was obvious! If it could have been towed Renault Assist would have towed it on Friday night!
