Problem having my vehicle repaired

Good day. On the 4th of April my Renault Duster (purchased in 2014) broke down on the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the Bryanston branch in order for them to establish what was wrong. After phoning them numerous times to find out what was wrong, and escalating the matter to Head Office, they finally told me that there was oil in the turbo and it needed to be repaired (a warranty claim). The turbo was sent in for repairs. On the 9th of May, I was informed that the intercooler of my car was damaged by a Renault fitted nudge bar and that I had to pay for the intercooler. Now they want to hold meliable for the repair of the intercooler that was damaged due to a Renault fitted nudge bar. I have been receiving no feedback from customer care, after lodging a call with them again on the 9th of May. Why do I have to keep on phoning to find out what is going on with my vehicle???
