Poorest service ever!

Recently bought a used vehicle with BB Renault Hatfield in PTA. The salesman delivered the vehicle in time but for some reason he couldn't give me a new disk for the car. He promised to bring it in a few days but over a month later I'm still waiting. I've been texting Thabang regarding this issue and also the car gave me slight problems but he has become mute. I escalated my query to Renault's complaints people but no one has bothered to come back to me. It's almost a week.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership or even Renault to anyone
