Poor warranty service

My brand new Renault duster with 23000km battery died leaving my 8month preagnant wif next to the road. Then Renault witbank takes 2 days to figure out the Battery is done. When i requested a warranty claim they tel me the battery only has a one year warranty and i have owned my vehicle for one year and two months. !! It is pathetic because even a car battery from midas has a 3year warranty but stock renault parts seem to not last that long.!
