Poor Vehicle Servicing

In July I took my sister's Renault Sandero in for a major service at the Boksburg Dealer. There was also a problem with the brake, I believe it was losing air pressure. The vehicle was also making a very strange noise coming from what sounded like the bottom of the engine. Three days later I got the vehicle with the brake working and the service done. All was well. I immediately drove to Cape Town, I was moving. On the way down, I heard that the strange noise was still present. Furthermore, the clutch that was also replaced for being too stiff, seemed even stiffer. I then took the vehicle to the Tableview branch so that they could have a look at the clutch and the noise. The Tableview branch concluded that the clutch was defective. The clutch was replaced under warranty. It took my 3 weeks, boundless patients and many phone calls to get the Tableview branch to replace the faulty clutch installed by Boksburg. The strange noise turned out to be some loose panel that Boksburg did not pick up on during a major service. Two days after getting the vehicle back from Tableview, I noticed that my reverse light was not working. Missed by two dealerships. Mind blown.
