Poor service with Renault

i bought my first car with Renault throu Eatvaal Motors(Witbank) Emalahleni not knowing that I'm putting myself into a big trouble it feels like Renault doesn't care about their customers once they receive the sales its done whatever challenge that you have they just don't care.

I bought Renault Kiger 21 September 2022 it was a brand new car but due to the experience that i have with this car really it feels like they sold me a second hand car in this two years that i have been driving this car its forever in the garage being fixed its more than 3times if im not mistaken that the car is been fixed for one thing but after 4months it brakes again and this really inconvenience me all the time because they don't even give you a caters car meanwhile they receive their monthly payment as is meanwhile im not even happy about the car.

Its even wares now because its been a week since i don't have a car and still they don't care where this is inconveniencing for me because for them i must just wait up until they fixit at their own time. I'm the one calling them to get feedback from them they just don't care so now im really frustrated because i was told that they don't have a cates car and now im struggling to go to work and taking my kids to school and that is another extra cost for me and Renault doesn't care. the dates below are the dates that they car was broken 15/02/2024 - Vehicle not starting 07/05/2024-Struggle to start 13/05/2024-vehicle not starting and they replaced brake light switch not sure if the same thing because i don't know anything about car parts but with the experience that i have with Renault i wouldn't recommend Renault to any friend or family. This car had a factory fault because you cant be having these issues with a new car. and they don't even bother to give any feedback you must always be the one calling them asking for feedback.

Renault Kiger its not a safe car to be driven by a woman because it get stuck anytime anywhere so what happened if you're not in a safe place with the car and it get stuck so it means this Kiger car its not safe to be driven by a woman and till today i still don't have a car and i was told that Renault SA want them to test the part that they think its broken with another car so what happened to me as a customer while they are still waiting to find the mistake. they are taking their own time to fix my car and on the other hand i don't have a transport meanwhile their getting their monthly instalments as is . im really not happy with Renault at all.

Im currently waiting for them to fix my car so that i can change the car with another dealer where they can value me.
