Poor service, passing the buck, no accountability!!!

<p>My car went in for service 2 weeks ago (25 January 2017). I was called to come and pick it up at 3pm and upon arrival found it still being fiddled with in the workshop causing me to miss my meeting at work to sit at the dealership. Upon completion I was told that none of the lights that were not working could be fixed because switches for them had to be ordered and would take 4 days to arrive. The lights that were not working are (rear lights, fog lights, daytime lights, interior night lights and lights for the airconditioner panel). I have since not heard from Renault with regards to this and I am still driving around with none of the abovementioned lights working.</p>
