Poor service & Misconduct

<p>Poor service & misconduct. I Purchased a Renault Megane in September 2014. I bought the 2 door Silver and on the day the white 4 door was ready for me. Which I took because everything was processed and finalised. In January 2015 a received a call from the Northcliff dealership informing me that they have registered the incorrect car VIN, I can be very thankful that I was not pulled over by Metro over the festive season and have been accused of driving a ****** car. I cannot sell the car as a 2015 model as this make was discontinued in 2014. The value of the car is almost nothing and now I’m forfeiting +- R50 000.00 on the trade in because of this issue. The car only has 22000km and should still be able to sell as a demo model, but i cant get rid off it due to a comedy of errors Northcliff Renualt has made.</p>
