Poor Service Midrand/Centurion Renault

I drive the Renault Kadjar, my car was for a service 3 months ago. Two weeks ago we went away for the weekend, check oil and water and had to fill the oil with 2 bottles. Yesterday driving home my car gave warning lights that I need to stop due stop engine failure. I stopped at the garage and had to put in another bottle of oil, but the warning sign did not go away. I decided to drive home as everything looks fine, the heat gage everything is normal. This morning when I want to leave for work the warning signs are still there, as I travel quite far I could not use my car and had to make a plan to get to work.

I tried to contact Renault Midrand as I usually service my car there with no luck of answering their phones. I contacted them again this morning just to be informed that they do not take calls before 9 am. When I contacted them at 9 am they informed me that they will not be able to talk to me as they have load shedding, I then asked for the workshop manager's number which they gave me. I could hear him giving it to the lady, but immediately after my call his phone was off.

I then contacted Renault Centurion to take my car there, the lady had no idea how to assist in the questions I had, eventually I got to talk to the "manager" who was rude and just told me a warning sign is not his problem and I can make a booking and they will have a look at my car when they have a open spot.

I contacted Head Office who then contacted Centurion to have a look at my car, and when my friend dropped my car off he said to him they will not have a look at my car as they are busy. but everyone is sitting around having chats. After a while head office also contacted me informing me that they will only have a look at my car tomorrow, cause they are to busy.

There is no customer service, what is the use of warning lights if you are not able to assist a client when there is trouble with the car. Don't tell me no we won't or can't, rather say we will try our best, but the possibility is that it might take longer than anticipated. When you go to a doctor for emergencies they don't tell you sorry we are full, you have someone on stand by should there be an emergency.

unfortunately I am reliable on my own transport and can not go 2 days without a car.

Looking forward to your response urgently
