poor service from renault the glen

i send a short application online to renault the glen last month 19/09/2016 and the sales person was too quick to reply to me the next day and send me application form which my application was pre approved and was send to their finance department which they also didn't take long to get back at me with my approved application from the bank and to discuss interest rates. Problem started after their finance said everything was fine from their and the sales person will get in touch with me for delivery of the car. From 20/09/2016 until 23/09/2016 on the day i got the car, it was always me who had to call the sales person who was always not available to take my calls and didn't care much to return my calls and update on the delivery of the car. Finally got the car 23/09/2016 and yes it was me who called to find out what time i should come to the dealership. i got the car without the smash and grap and it was only fitted on 26/09/2016 after a long struggle of getting hold of the sales person i even had to go through his supervisor who had to come collect the car and was told the sales person didnt come to work on the day that he made the appointment with me and didn't care enough to update me. the supervisor even asked me to not mention to renault SA that the car had to be taken back to the dealership for smash and grip if they call and ask about the service. i asked his supervisor on the day he came to collect the car for smash and grip how long does it take to get the car registration and when i get it and he said to me it usualy takes a week and i will get it on tuesday 04/10/2016 but up to this day i haven't received any update regarding the delay on the registration of the car and as always it's a struggle to get hold of the sales person who's never available to take my calls or return my calls. i was told by the sales person whne he finaly decided to call me back on 05/10/2016 that i'll get the registration on friday 07/10/2016 but then he never called me on that friday to give me the update as to if he has received the registration from his side or not. I called in today 10/10/2016 and asked for the sales person and asked to be transferred to his supervisor because i couldnt get hold of him the whole day. he took my number and said he'll make sure that the sales person calls me back but as usual he hasnt got back to me or anyone at the dealer to update me. the temporary car registration expires on the 18/10/2016 and by the look of the poor service i'm getting i do not want to get unnecessary tickets because it seems the day of the expiry will come and pass without any update from that dealership. Renault SA please get Aaron Khoza from Renault The Glen to call me(Christina Maboe ********** 871) and at least give me an update as to when will i get the car registration.
