Poor service from renault

Renault do not want to replace the roofracks on my renault kwid xtreme that are poorly fitted...the roofracks was fitted by renault it was not aftermarket productss. They simply refise to repair their shoddy work.. very disapointed that avrenault warrantyare not worth the paper it is written on
