Poor service from renault

I bought a new renault kwid xtreme in february 201i the decorative roof racks started to come of the vehicle. I booked the car for a service at renault northcliff they refused to attend to it stating that i have to take the car back to clearwater renault where i bought the vehicle. Renault clearwater attended to the vehicle for another problem and informed me that the roof racks need to be replaced and that they will phone me when they got approval from renault south africa to replace the racks. It has now been a month and they did not bother to phone me with updates.. i am very unhappy becaise it seems renault do not care.
