Poor service from management

<p>3 months ago I went to purchase a used car from Renault bryanston, saw the car accepted the out sc****s, scratches and dings. Anyways I'm the test drive the car had some issue , namely steering angle sensor, it took them about a month to repair. They gave me a car to use for the time to hold onto the deal. Day the car gets back I go, sort out the deal, hoping all is well, fist of all the car was cleaned pathetically, when I had made a comment, all I got was an oh we're sorry. On the first day of having the car it poped it's first issue, overheating a broken thermostat, costed me a meeting as well. Fine sent the car back they give me a loan vehicle. After another week I go to pick the car up on a Saturday afternoon, car still hasn't been cleaned properly, anyway I decide I'll wash it myself, get home and while washing realize most of the panels are loose, they had sent the car to a panel beater, but the work was abosoluely poor. Missing bolts, broken clips terrible. Saturday evening going to get some supper the Bonnet scoop flies off... pull off and I look for the peaces. Sunday I'm kinda put off, so i don't use the car , Monday being the only car I have to use to work and campus etc, i leave home, about less then 10kms away from home in traffic the car completely dies, now I'm stuck. Manage to get off the road and get a tow home.... loose a whole day to this damn car again. Car has been at Renault for two weeks, they haven't Given me a single call, no feed back.... unless I phone them, when I do I'm either told we're looking into it or I'll call you back, again no return calls. I've spoke to a Sean, no help, even the dealer principal Chris Jordan, rudely cuts me off and says he get back to me, still nothing. Only person that has helped is the sales rep, Stephan brendt otherwise it's all ****...... I can't do this, I've asked them to cancel the deal, seeing that I have a 7 day cool off and that I've had the car for about 3 days or even less.... now they avoid me. </p>
