Poor service

After having more problems with my Renault Triber and still no help from the dealer. I decided to sell my Renault Triber with 5321km. Second gear started to make a noise and the workshop said to me that is normal. Then reverse gear start making a noise to and again i was told that is normal. The sales people at Renault are excellent but the workshop is another story. I like Renault vehicles but after sales is a letdown. Hopefully the new brand im with now will give me better after sale service.
