Poor Service

Renault roodepoort has the worst customer service ever known to man ,I sent my car in for a damaged pulley, the car is being fixed under warranty,the fan belt they've ordered is backloged.they've had my car for over 3 weeks, now and are failing to provide me with a courtesy car leaving me with no car and no eta as to when this matter will be resolved
