Poor Service

Hi Renault,

I would like to lodge a complain regarding the service I received at Renault Kempton Park.

Yesterday I took my car in for service and also mentioned to them about some of the things that needed to be checked out because I drive this car and I can feel when something is not right; as the wheels were shacky; upon servicing the vehicle; they discovered that the control arms and shocks needed to be replaced - which I enquired more information about this, provided that the vehicle is still under its 5 year warranty and the vehicle is only 2 years old for heaven's sake.

I contacted Renault Head Office and more information was provided, the shocks are under warranty (1 - 3 years) and the control arm (5 years) and was further advised to tell Renault Kempton Park to submit a claim (CRR) with photos for the warranty claim. The lady (Renault Kempton Park) did agree that she will submit the claim but this morning she phones changing her tune.

Please intervene on this matter to resolve it as a matter of priority. My vehicle is only 2 years old and it should be the responsibility of the Manufacturer to cover these defects.
