Poor service

I bought a renault triber in paarden eiland cape town.after the first service of the car i expierence driver side window does not want to goes down after pressing the button.this happen not everytime but when the car is park in outside when its hot.i reported it to renault tableview where the car was for the second service.accourding to them they replace the part.it went good for a while but the same problem came back i reported it the to paardeneiland renault on its previous serverce last this month and accourding to them it was just dirt. I explained again the unique problem and the say i must phone again i tried to get hold of them by phone and everytime i was told the lady is busy i must leave my contact number as on today im still waiting for fhat call.its very unhappy about how the treated me
