Poor service at Renault....refusing to gave me a loan car.

<p>I took my car for service last week tuesday 26.07.2016 and they told me they cant give me the car because it has a problem with the ENGINE and I asked for courtsey car they refused to gave me and told me to wait for 10days ''according to their policy''. its been 11days now they still refusing mind you im still new in johannesburg im not even fami**** with the places around.</p> <p> </p> <p> I had to hire a car so that i can be able to go to work because they promised to give the car on friday. Friday they told me that the still a noise in the engine they need to strip the car, I asked them again for courtsey car because i had to return the hire one still they refuse to gave... now im waisting the money that Iwas going to pay for service by renting a car but my ca is still under warranty.</p> <p> </p>
