Poor service @Renault Bryanston

Hello Peter

Clearly Renault doesn’t take its customers seriously, I left Renault Northcliff due discourtesy. Today it was my first time at Bryanston with high hopes and it’s now 5:25pm & I’m stranded. I waited for a driver to pick me up a long time ago and he never pitched! Now my car has to be driven by someone else to be brought to me because their drivers have knocked off, what do you call this??

Im seriously not considering establishing a long term relationship with Renault I’ve had enough!
