Poor service and poor quality

Low quality car no value for money

I have this car for 2 months brand new and the gear is loose, the door rubber came out, there is wind in the car even though all windows and aircon are closed, the window is winding up and down in drips and drabs, the car is noisy, when reversing the car you have to try minimum twice otherwise the car makes a grinding noise. the car quality is so low that the key feels like a low quality toy. What makes things worse is that i complaint about the issues and no one has contacted me back from 5 Oct 22 to assist. Poor client care, poor after sales and poor car quality.
