Poor service and Not responding to emergency calls
I bought my Renault kwid last year July and the car is Forever overheating and they keep fixing it now am tired it just started overheating again for the 3rd time ****m away from home , road assistant is helping , I regret buying this thing , last time it took them 3 month to fix it at Wonderboom Renault

17 Dec 2019, 14:01Now because my car has towed away am stuck six hundred kilometers away from home , and Renault says that can only assist me with five hundred for car hire and that is a refund after I pay all cost. Which company still rent a car for such money.. My other frustration is this is the third time my car overheating and leaking water under the dash, I just took it two weeks ago from service with the same concern at Wonderboom Renault... I think Renault knows that this is factory problem... am stuck in Durban with Family ???????????? I regret buying this car
