Poor service

I bought a "brand new" 2018 Renault Duster Dynamique in June 2018 Renault Roodepoort and i must say I've had issues with it from the word go, the doors would just lock while open and wouldn't close and they took it to "fix" them twice and everytime they gave lame excuse as to why that was happening, i took it up with their principal officer and he wasn't a good help either. Now on the 10th November 2020 the car wouldn't start they then took in to check it, I was called back the very same day to say it's fixed it was the fuse. A day later the same problem occurred and they took it in again on the 13th November 2020they said it was a starter they changed it and to think that i don't even use the car that much as I'm working from home it hasn't even reached 50000km very puzzling. Again on the 17th again the car wouldn't start it was towed to their premises, i then called spoke to the Denzel he promised to see what was happening but no phone call from him, i had to call them back again to find out what is happening he then said the workshop manager will call me and he did again some excuse, telling someone from renault sa will be in the workshop to check the car ....how can such a new car give me so much problems and i cannot be without a car as i need it to go do my errands and they told me the can't give me a car to use in the meantime, i need to have a car for personal use and whenever i need to rush my sickly child to the doctor. I don't know what is wrong but it's high time I complained about this it's unacceptable meanwhile I'm paying for this car. I feel so belittled by them or is it because I'm a woman and i don't deserve good service??? I'm so dissapointed with your service that one has to be without car because you failing to do proper job in checking my car. Renault sa is really pathetic to say the least and i don't see myself ever buying your cars nor recommending anyone to buy renault unless they wanna see themselves in the same situation as me. I need a car asap for any emergency i might have. They busy telling they don't have cars to borrow me but i know that's a big lie. I'm thinking you should take your car back cause it's a brand new second hand.
