Poor service

Still waiting for Renault Rustenburg to inform me when they will take my car to be fixed, communication from there side non existing already 2 weeks over due from initial arrangement Cannot get thrue when phoning.

Very disappointed, we have been struggling to get my car fixed from April 2022 and its a New model
