Poor Service

I am super disappointed by how I was treated by Renault Roodepoort, their service is very poor and they care less of their customers. My car was taken to them for service last week Monday even today I haven't heard anything from them. When I call them I was passed around i would hold on the phone for almost 30min and I would receive no help or an update from them, they told me someone will call me to give me information about the progress about my car but I haven't received any calls till today. I am so frustrated and angry because I have to travel using taxi's to work and I am always late.
