Poor service

I took my car for services on 45000ks and the sevice team damaged my door on the inside. I complained to the sevice manager(Kobus) and all he said to me is that i will investigate and call you. I never received any call from Kobus.

I told him that I will take my car to another dealer and his reply was -you can do that in an attitude.
