poor service

On saterday 5 March 2016 I was driving along Victoria Road in pmb, I was in my Renault duster and the accelerator cable snapped. Called Renault got told it would take a hour for a tow service even though I'm only 5 minutes away. Towed it myself and when I got there I got ****py service from the receptionist who had her 2 children with her at work. Told me ill only get my car back on Monday. ?its under warranty FIX IT!!!! No work shop manager present.. I felt the way it was handled was poor and a reflection of after sales service... must say I was warned though, didn't believe my mate though.. now I do. Won't be looking to get my next car from Renault that's for sure. Totally dissatisfied. Toyota here i come!!!
