Poor Servce By Renault RSA

<p>RENAULT SA Since my car has been in and out of your Dealerships for the entire festive season and It meant no car for me the entire time. Now still no car for me for my long planned holiday on Monday to Port Shepston and I am told that I can only qualify for a courtesy car only if the part ordered will take more than 10 days. Is it my problem that the 3 dealerships only found the problem 2 days before my trip ? Furthermore if was still staying in Richards bay and was here in Soweto for holidays it means I would be going back to Richards bay by a taxi ? All because I took a car for a service at Renault Northcliff. This is very very bad, poor poor service. I am writing on this wall for the 4th time inboxed for I don't know how many times the famous reply is can we have your contact details, still no car for me. Are you guys this used to complaints ? that a complaint is treated like just another number ?</p>
