Poor Quality

firstly i would like say the Renault Kwid is good vehicle for people who are on a budget and light on fuel, however it concerns me that my car isn't even 1 yr old and its already caused a problem, eg, my back windows is always slightly open , and yes i have reported this to the agent who sold me this who then said it needs to be "serviced" god knows what happened day , but apparently there was no fault, few months pasted, i still experienced the same problem. every time it rains or whenever i leave the car i ALWAYS have to check my windows, which is pathetic for a car that just came out on the market!
