Poor Customer Service from Renault Care ( After Sales)
Renault After Sales has fallen short of expectations in addressing my concerns. Initially, in November 2023, when my car was six months old, I reported a squeaky noise emanating from the front wheels. Since then, I have diligently reported the issue at every 15,000km service interval, only to have the sound worsen over time. As of 2026, the noise has become intolerable, yet Renault SA appears reluctant to accept responsibility. Throughout this process, I have communicated with Whitney and Millisha and sent numerous emails to Renault Care. While they provided complimentary brake pads, they now expect me to cover the remaining costs, totaling over R7,000. Given the vehicle's warranty status and my detailed records of reported issues, I believe Renault SA should provide a comprehensive solution. What course of action should I take to resolve this situation?
Had a similar issue when I took my Renault Kwid to Renault Motus North cliff for service but car was not refilled with oil and water after service which resulted in me doing ula upgrade as I took it as an isolated event but now I see that the service is just poor all round.
