poor customer service false adverti*****t and thy don't even this tell no ***

i bought a car from the north cliff Renault on the 16/04/2019 i collected it kilos was 39 000 demo car with a service plan today on the 28/06/2019 took the car for service thy advised me thy cant put brakes as its not on the plan however on the contract 1. it means even when thy gave me the car thy did not service the car 2. if thy did i do not believe ive finished brakes in 2 months , i took the car by 7:30 got a respond from them by 17:15 that thy need extra payment for the brake while was expecting at least a call to say come collect thy where not done by then 3. car had scratches i complain about this to the manager he said thy will fix it thy still haven't done it even now , i wouldn't recommend even 1 person to use that garage
