Poor customer service

Poor customer service, my car had a gearbox issues took it in at zambezi multifrunchise for 2 week to get a warranty claim and I didn't physically go there myself I was not going to find out because they don't update you calling them is waist of time they don't answer. Emails no reply and my car still under warranty am not even provided with a courtesy car. What an experience with Renault and to the fact that I use the car for work.
