Poor customer service

I called the Kimberley branch earlier this morning requesting a service appointment for tomorrow and I was told to leave my name and number and will be given a call. It has been almost 3hours and I still have not received a call. Everytime I call to follow up I am being told they are busy or my phone gets dropped. Customer service is very poor!
