Poor customer service

I am so disappointed with an incompetence if Renault Northcliff, I dropped of my car 2 days ago for them to clear errors on the screen "check still assist, check ABS, check breaking system" until today they don't know what to do. Can this branch close if they don't know what they are doing? I am so ****ed!!!
