Poor customer service

I called numerous times to book my vehicle in for a service. Asked for the service department at Carter Renault in Springfield Park & time & again no one would pick up the phone. I left my number with the switchboard operator for someone to call me back. No one bothered calling me back. I must have made about 10 calls trying to get through to someone. Shocking customer service.
