Poor customer service

I bought a brand new can in March 2021,Renault Sandero Expression at CMH Renault in Ballito.when I left the dealership I never got my spare key,may salesperson said that I must come back the following week to fetch it as it was kept in stores and the lady who's in charge was offsick.when I returned,I was given the wrong spare key.when I went back to them I find out that my sales person was no longer working in Ballito,he was transferred to Umhlanga.ive made several attempts to get assistance from the manager Kayson but he's been sending me from pillar to post,with no assistance.i don't how how they think I'm going to survive without a spare key yet I bought a car that was brand new from them.what annoys me the most is that their manager Kayson is a good ****,when I go there he hides himself or pretend as if he was sick or something that's y my matter hasn't been attended thus far.i dont even know how many emails I've sent to the head office and there is not response neither feedback from them.
