Poor customer service

They hung up on me when trying to resolve my issue. My vehicle has been waiting for a part (shocks) for over 3 months, they hadn't even offered a courtesy vehicle until I was fed up with waiting, they're agents are rude and unhelpful, they're supervisor refused to give me any information about the claim. I'm still stranded with no vehicle for over 3 months yet I make my payments monthly.
