Poor communication.

I've since handed in my car on the 16th of April 2018 as it had a broken door handle and a loud sound from the Engine..... I was told they would need to be separated to get to the bottom of the problem.....I've since been calling the dealership weekly for feedback as they don't update me on anything and in some case say they will call me back yet never do...my concern is that I struggle to commute as I have no car and the dealership says all their 6 loan cars are in use.....today marks 4 weeks and I still have no clear picture of what's the progress on my car and getting a loan car.
