Poor car service

My Citroen C3 was scheduled for a 90 000km service and a broken clutch slave kit in December 2017. I booked my car in at Renault Repair Centre (Unit 5 Stella Cove,, 47 Stella Rd, Montague Gardens, Cape Town, 7441), as they were the closest repair centre to my work premises and from the business` name and what they specialized in, I was under the impression that I could entrust my car to them for this service.

However, I was wrong. They repaired the clutch, but the service that was done on the car was not done to what I expected. After you receive a car back from a service, it should perform the same or better. But, my car was worse off. My car started making this whizzing sound and it sounded like something was loose in my engine head.

When I questioned this, they told me that they think that it could be my fan belt and they could not fit this part as they don`t know how to? This was shocking! as they specialize in French cars. Anyway, a couple of days later my car broke down (Not due to the fan belt) and I got the car towed to a private mechanic and he fixed everything. My car is back to normal again.

I am very disappointed with the service that was done on my Citroen C3 by Renault Service Centre. They clearly do not know what they are doing. I would never take my car to them again, or recommend them to anyone else!
