Poor brand

Hi renault again problem dnt stop bt they turn to be escalating now. I bought a triber 2020 I've been having different problems and its suppose to be giving me a peace of mind since its new. However I'm having problems after problems if its not the code problem it does not start now its gear box ****** renault please intervin urgently im tired of this now ? its stressful and I hardly use the car please assist now its with the dealership in roodeport and its not looking good please advise i no longer want this car ? myb its factory fault please look into it im not happy at all ????????
