Poor after sale service
My Renault Kiger 2023 model just went quiet and didn't want to start on Saturday, 25 Jan 25. I called a towing company on the same day, after numerous attempts to jump start the car with 3 different cars, tried pushing it to push start it, even that didn't do the trick. My petrol was on half, water was fine, seemingly battery was fine as well. I got a phone call form Renault Alberton that they received the car on Monday morning, 27 Jan 25, and will look into it. The turnaround time is 24 - 72 hours.
I made follow up on Tuesday and was reminded of the 24-72 hours turnaround time. I respected that and waited for the turnaround time.
Today, Thursday, 10H00, i called them again... 74 hours later, to ask for feedback because no one bothers to update me on the stages, developments or diagnostics of my car and even now they don't have anything tangible to tell me besides that they are tracing the wiring of the car.
My car went in for its 30K service on 10/01/2025 and everything was deemed all in order but two weeks later the car is unable to start? What kind of testing, diagnostics and service does Renault do? Hardly a year and half and I'm already experiencing issues on a 2023 brand new car. Pathetic ******.
Why must i be the one to call and follow up? the 72 hours turnaround time has come and gone and still I'm made to wait. The after sales of Renault is so poor, i will never ever advise anyone to use them.
